Please join us in a campaign to raise awareness
for education, testing, and the healing of HIV/AIDS. Let this week of prayer be the coming together of all people
to unite with purpose, compassion and hope.
Through the power of God’s love
we will educate every American about HIV prevention facts; encourage and
support HIV testing; advocate for the availability of compassionate care

and love unconditionally all persons living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.

THE THINGS THAT REALLY MATTER
Sometime we forget what's important - our families, our health and vitality,
our ability to work.
When HIV-positive people come to us at AIM, they often feel afraid and very alone. They may not have disclosed
their illness even to their families.
Several clients spoke movingly at AIM's Holiday Breakfast in November.
They shared their journeys and experiences with stigma.
WE WANT YOU! VOLUNTEER

The
Greater Than AIDS movement responds to the AIDS crisis in the United States, in particular the severe and
disproportionate epidemic among Black Americans. Through a national media campaign and community outreach,
Greater Than AIDS aims to elevate the public’s knowledge and understanding of HIV/AIDS and confront the
stigma surrounding the disease. AIM applauds the mission and vision of the
Greater Than AIDS movement.
AIM'S VISION
- We AIM to eliminate the stigma of living with HIV/AIDS.
- We AIM to increase compassion and volunteer support.
- We AIM to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS through education.
